Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain goods cannot be returned, including perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care products

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:

  • Books with evident signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at [email protected] and send your item to our office.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to our Amazon Ethiopia address. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on your location. For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
